Command to change screen resolution and other fingerprints when launching a browser from a terminal?

I use the User Agent substitution command, for example:

chromium-browser --user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.1"

Is it possible to change the screen resolution in a similar way?
Or WebGL fingerprint and other data?
Or a slightly different question - how to run the browser in a strictly defined resolution, for example 1366x768? (The option for the question on the console command is more desirable).
