Almost a month ago, we moved to Yandex mail for pdd.yandex.ru domains, registered mx
domain.ru. MX 10 mx.yandex.ru.
there are no other MX records,
but some of the letters still come to the old mail in google apps
. How to understand this?)

Delete your google apps account, because if you send from gmail or from the same google apps accounts, it is more likely that the delivery is done within the google servers.
