Problems with the 1C license. How to decide?
Good afternoon.
Faced a licensing problem after updating the platform and 1C configuration.
We have 4 people who work with 1C. There is a computer in the network in which USB keys are inserted and on which databases are stored in file mode.
Actually, when you start 1C after the update, this window appears.
When I click cancel, I see this log message.
Together with the configuration update, the SLK server and SLK client for computers are supplied.
I updated these components on the computer that distributes the keys, on the working computers. The result is still the same. No license.
Cleaned the cache. I checked the presence of checkboxes in the properties of the databases, so that the keys would be searched over the network. But nothing helps. What else can you try to do to solve this problem?

Have you already downloaded and installed the new 8.3.10?
I see two options:
1) When updating, nethasp.ini got lost - edit and write down the path to the licensing server.
2) Perhaps your predecessor did not want to fool around with setting up keys over the network and simply patched the platforms on client machines. In this case, you will have to get confused - check the network key service itself, the presence of a driver (is the key lit?), the absence of prohibiting rules in the firewall, and so on.
As a last resort, if nothing helps, you, as a happy owner of a licensed version of 1C, can write a letter to [email protected] and they will be obliged to help you solve your problem.
you are aware that 1s does not see more than 1 server and 1 user keys?
In my opinion, you updated the basic config to the full one, so your keys do not fit it.
Either roll back or look for a pill
And in my opinion, it's just necessary to reinstall the firewood of the keys. Open the manager and see if the keys are being used, by whom, for how long...
