Problems with Test Flight?

Hello.
Started a beta test with Testflight and ran into a problem. Very often, the download of the application reaches 100% and after iOS it gives an alert like “the application could not be installed” Changed the provision, put it inside - it does not help. This happens on different devices: both on the mini and on just the second and third (without lighting) iPads.
Has anyone come across?
What to do?
Hockey app is more stable in this regard?
