I call from Skype to landlines and mobiles (there is money in the account and there are free minutes). I tried to call both from a macbook, and from Windows, and from an iPhone. The result is the same: I hear the subscriber (the subscriber is on the phone, I am on Skype), but the subscriber does not hear me.
And the connection is broken after 15-17 seconds without indicating a reason.
UPD: Skype-to-Skype works perfectly, so I don't want to sin on the channel. "Ehu" also calls go without problems and the quality is ok.
