Problems with partition encryption in Ubuntu and apache2/nginx?

I'm not an expert in Ubuntu, so I'm asking for help from knowledgeable people.
The problem is this. I used to install a LAMP server for development without problems, now it also installed fine. There were no problems with nginx either. What do we end up with at the start?

  • – Ubuntu 10.10
  • - Configured web server (phpmyadmin worked fine on it)
  • - When installing the system, the flag "Encrypt home directory" was enabled

Problems:
I'm trying to create a virtual host, I specify the path to the type /home/username/dev/site1 in the config and 403 error.
Same problem with nginx. Everything is set up, configs are working, but 403 error.
Everything in /var/www/ opens and works great.
Previously, when there was no encryption, it was possible to put site files in the home partition.
Has anyone experienced this and knows the solution? I can also add files to /var/www/, but I would like to find out the question.

So far, I decided this:
the directory / var / www / - I change the owner to myself, so that it is easier. in the home folder symlink to /var/www/
So everything works.
