Problems with loading some pages of the consulate website

Hello!
For several years now, the same thing has been happening on the website of the Polish Consulate:
on the day the dates for the registration of the questionnaire appear, the pages where you need to fill out the questionnaire are hardly loaded.
Those. unable to complete the form.
When you still manage to get to the questionnaire, it turns out that all the dates have already been sorted out.
Officially, this is explained by the fact that there are a lot of people, so you can’t get through.
Tried different browsers, different proxies - does not work.
Can anyone comment, give some advice?
The link to the page should not be available for about a couple of hours, and if it is available, then the next one is not available.
