Problems with iptv?

There is a provider with a free iptv function, there are two routers (Netgear JWNR2000 and D-Link DIR 615) and exactly one problem - they don’t want to work like a human being. That is, at first everything shows perfectly, and then the picture freezes after 3-4 minutes, and so on until you switch the channel. D-Link DIR 615 was bought already in a fit of desperation, it did not help either.
I read a lot of manuals (including those from habr), changed firmware (both official and dd-wrt), checked it on various hardware (two home computers, mac mini, appletv, ipad, iphone), connected via wifi and lan, installed udpxy, tweaked firewall settings, ports, routes, various players (vlc, xbmc, mpc, iptv player), axes (ios, osx snow leopard, windows xp, windows 7, ubuntu), talked to support (provider and routers), sent logs... That doesn't work, even crack.
At the same time, if you connect the local patch cord directly to the computer, everything works without wrangling.
What am I doing wrong?
I really have a nettop constantly working and I have an idea to buy a usb-lan port for it, but anyway, this may not solve the problem.
If someone throws a couple of good ideas, I will be very grateful.

It worked after wi-fi was cut off in D-link, and a second router was connected to it, on which I had already configured an access point.

I have DIR-615. Everything works fine (computers are connected to the router with patch cords).
Be sure to check that the
Advanced -> Advanced Network -> Enable Multicast Streams checkbox is checked

The fact that after 3-4 minutes the picture freezes indicates that the router did not send a multicast packet to the provider's network stating that the group is still alive. The provider's piece of iron did not receive the packet and crashed the stream by timeout.
Andrew1000000 gave the correct advice above - it usually helps.
As an option, plug some computer between the router and the provider and see tcpdump. Or on the router itself, on dd-wrt, it seems like you can install tcpdump.

If you have already tried everything, then you need to remove tcpdump for igmp simultaneously on the upstream and downstream ports with two options for enabling and compare

tcpdump -i[имя интерфейса] igmp

On dd-wrt, it was solved by removing wlan from the bridge. In this case, you can watch IPTV over the wire without any problems, and at the same time nothing was poured on the Wi-Fi - the connection was confident. True, when wlan was removed, DHCP did not work for it, so I registered it with my hands on the laptop.
It is possible that these routers freeze due to the load on Wi-Fi when watching IPTV. My old WL-500gP v2 handled both. By the way, it costs only 2k now, though only g.

Oh, this is where I can be of help!
Only in order ...
1. Do you download torntets in parallel?
2. Did you watch the Wi-Fi channels on which the neighbors sit?

If you use iptv via wifi - kill igmp proxy. it will hang almost any router. you need to use udpxy on the router.
if you use wired interfaces, then on the dd-vrt firmware it’s enough to check the box, if I’m not mistaken, it is located in the security section and is called allow multicast routing
