Problems with encoding when parsing html?

I encountered such a problem - when parsing hh.ru, there are problems with encoding search parameters. Instead of letters, as usual, some kind of krakozyabra.
Tried to do like this:
URLEncoder.encode(url, "UTF-8");
It did not help. Tell me how to get around this?
