Problems with adobe products?

Often when using adobe programs I get crashes and lags such as a black screen, reboots or freezes. what could be the problem ? I think that the error is due to the RAM, but I do not understand how to fix it. Laptop has 8gb ram

Reinstall the system and install the drivers from the disk to the laptop
