Problems shipping Kindle readers?

One fine day, Amazon happily informs me that all my accounts have been blocked for violating the rules. Well, it's okay, I thought, and went to register new mails and new accounts on the Amazon.
The first account, where only the mail was changed, was also successfully blocked, judging by the blocking time - automatically.
Then I decided to pay with another card. Again I registered a new mail, a new account. I entered the data of a new card ... The account was not automatically blocked, but after a while the letter comes again: Your Amazon.com Account Has Been Closed.

I thought that maybe the delivery address was also blocked, I made all orders through one intermediary. I wrote to the support of the intermediary, they answered me that everything is fine and orders from amazon.com come regularly. That is, the intermediary has nothing to do with it.
There was one last option. Banal calculation by IP, I made orders from one IP address.
I used a foreign proxy. Now everything, except for the delivery address, was not the same as originally: e-mail, full name, card number, even IP address. It seems that everything is fine, finally ... Even the $ was withdrawn ... Well, I think the quest is completed. A few hours later I get that unfortunate letter again!
How the hell did they know it was the same person?! Maybe there are regular telepaths in amazon.com?!
