Problems accessing WD MYCLOUD EX2 file storage?

Help, please, who faced this problem on the wdmycloudex2 storage. it had a shared, non-password-protected inteco folder. the accountants were asked to create a fin folder with access only for them. after that, everyone still went into the shared one and did not have access to fin, except for accountants. but when I tried to access the storage from new computers, I immediately demanded a password. created a user on wd and under it began to let only the storage itself, but not in inteco. at the same time put the password to remember. I shoot the ball from inteco, it still won't let me. created more users, same story. at best, it only allows storage. Then I created a couple more folders with shared access. I go into them calmly, but I can’t into inteco. the remembered passwords on Windows took down in administration of accounts. I tried net use\\server/delete (with and without inteco) and via rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowkeyMgr. The result is the same. the only solution was to transfer files from the problematic folder to a new one, but with it some files start to get damaged. broke his head already. can anyone help?
