What is the best way to organize the admin panel in Yii2 using RBAC?

I recently started learning Yii2 (before that I used Phalcon). Please tell me how to use RBAC (or its alternative) to organize the separation of the application into the admin panel and the site itself. Now for studying I use the basic version of the application. I would be grateful for helpful advice.

maybe you should use advanced-app - there is already a division into front and back.

Why share? For the 'admin' role, you display additional admin items in the menu on the site. Accordingly, permission to call methods that implement these menu items should be given only for the 'admin' role.
