Problems accessing Azure via SSH. It's always like this?

Signed up for a free Microsoft Azure test.
Two weeks ago, I created the first VM with Ubuntu14.04 the first time I couldn’t connect via ssh, but since it was night, I gave up trying and went to sleep. Connected fine in the morning. Today I created another virtual machine (this time a specialized distribution of minecraft) - the same problem, I can not connect via ssh. I decided to reset remote access - it's been running for an hour now. Is this how it is accepted in Azure? Or am I doing something wrong?
