Problem with Xdebug. Why doesn't debug work in phpstorm?

Phpstorm 2018.3 , Lamp, php 7.2. I installed xdebug according to this manual ( https://freshnotes.top/2016/12/ustanovka-i-nastroj ...) and it is visible when choosing an interpreter , but it is not in the console , and also writes an error during validation .

Before that, there was Lamp from 7.4 without an interpreter, xdebug installed on this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3idASlzGTg4 )
Debugging started, but crashed after the first line.
