When installing vs code, an error appears - the installation was not completed, please fix the problem and run the installation again. The error appears at the very beginning of the download, where the creation of folders is written. What to do?

There are two options here: either run the installer as an administrator, or download the version of VSCodeUserSetup-{version}.exe, which does not require administrator rights during installation and puts the program in the user environment, not in Program Files.
The second option is always preferable to me.
