I bought myself a new laptop. There was a licensed OEM version of WIN 10. I go to VK, open a video or GIF animation - everything is played, but red / green highlights appear, as if I were looking in 3D.
Downloaded another version of WIN 10. Installed everything. I launch chrome - the same thing, everything is fine in MS Edge and FireFox browsers.

It seems that the vidyukha is defective. Download some bench and run a stress test. If the same - carry a guarantee.
What's a laptop? Different behavior may be due to work on the built-in and floppy vidyukha. For example, there is Intel HD Graphics (built into the processor) and some kind of nVidia thread.
