Problem with switching to https, how to solve?

Good evening, there is a vps server with opencart installed. The problem is the following, I connected ssl (letsecntrypt), corrected everything in the configs, when adding a redirect to https , an error appears ERR_TOO_MANE_REDIRECTS . If you do not add a redirect, but try to connect to the site via https, it throws a 301 redirect to http. Cookies are also saved only via http (judging by the response of the redirect monitoring service). Could the problem be that external scripts are connected via http ?

you have set up a redirect from https to http
then you add a redirect from http to https
and you have already set up a redirect from https to http and you drive the user in a circle
I think the solution is obvious
