Developer Environment in FireFox: maybe I forgot something?

Perhaps I have worked hard and do not notice the obvious things, but. We have Mozilla Firefox 76.0.1 browser (latest version). Just yesterday it was like this: I put a cookie and I immediately observe it in the developer environment. Today the picture is as follows:
Cookies lang and country are set:
I change the language from the menu. In this case, cookies with the values ru and RU should be replaced with bg and BG. And so it was. But today (immediately after changing the language):
However, if you click on the word "Cookies" and return to http://localhost again, we see:
i.e. the necessary cookies are in place and feel great. This clicking back and forth is somewhat tiring, has it always been like this? Can it be overcome?
