Problem with sound playback on MacBook Air 2018???

I have an MBA 2018 8/128, recently updated to Catalina 10.15.3 and the fun started.

In short, while listening to Spotify and Skype calls, my speakers and microphone are consistently cut off several times a day (as if the module itself is cut down and that’s it, and during Skype calls it says that the microphone and speakers were not found, it doesn’t matter if I’m in headphones or without, and after that there are some noises and this continues for 10-20 seconds and then it is canceled.During these jokes, I can’t change the volume like this (see the photo in the attached ones).I already googled and did Resetting SMC several times does not help. To be honest, I'm already confused, and how evil the poppy's warranty expired a month ago.

Tell me, what could be the matter and how can I cure it? Maybe someone has already met with a similar one?
