There is no sound after installing windows 10, what's the problem?

On Windows 7 everything worked fine, on Windows 10 in 3 different assemblies there is no sound, I already installed the drivers manually (maybe some are not the same) and updated the drivers with programs, nothing helps.
Notebook HP ProBook 4310s Maybe someone will tell you what drivers, or give instructions.
