Problem with SMS delivery (yota) with two-factor authentication on digitalocean?

I can't login to the control panel on the digitalocean website.
Previously, I entered email (login) and password, and SMS came, after which I successfully entered the site.
Now SMS does not come, just in case, the Yota operator.
All actions are correct and I'm waiting for an SMS with a code, but it's not there.
Wrote in support there a ticket opens, but access to it after I enter the wtf site?
Has anyone encountered such a problem? And how to solve it?6c48faaff0374cfa84b5171dd3c2d745.png

Sometimes SMS may be delayed.
Even for half a day

Um... is it okay that in the screenshot there is no SMS confirmation, but a field for entering a backup code?
To switch to SMS - below is the link, as well as to support, to which, by the way, you pay money, unlike a toaster :).

Once I ran into them with the fact that SMS did not come for a couple of hours.
For the future, I can advise you to switch from SMS to GoogleAuth.
