Problem with router admin panel?

Hello, I bought an O2 HomeSpot router in Germany. This is an LTE router with a SIM card inserted. I connect to it via WIFI. I go to the address 192.168.1.1, enter the secret word and then get into the admin panel.
Initially, everything worked, I only changed the network name. Now some main tabs don't work because jquery is not initialized. From the last thing I did - it cleaned chrome completely, installed a VPN. I don’t know if this is related to the router itself or my laptop. I would be grateful if you can solve the problem.
Resetting the router to factory settings didn't help. From mobile, the admin panel on the same pages does not work either.

I hope that this is a local problem in terms of the site certificate, browser settings.

And the antivirus is not installed like avg, then disable it. At the admin panel itself, it crashes on the router due to the antivirus, you cut it down and everything is ok
