Problem with Python interpreter?

I watch a video tutorial on python, and in the interpreter that he advised there is a Save panel, etc.
I downloaded this python.org inter-tor, there are two versions, and both do not have this panel. I have an interpreter breaker, I don’t know if it’s possible to work through it, if you know a valid link to a better interpreter please send it off

At the initial stage, watching video courses is normal, but you need to select a normal speaker

If you want something lighter, you can download sublime text (notebook), and googling sublime+Python, set the path to the interpreter. Nothing extra!
In general, they tell you right, you move to Linux if you are going to program in python for a while. Later you will understand why it was important
