Problem with Nvidia Control Panel. How to switch video card?

I go into Nvidia CP on an Asus ROG Scar III laptop with Windows 10

There are practically no settings in Nvidia CP, it's just "truncated"
by typing, I realized that Nvidia CP works with an integrated video card

. If you remove the drivers or disable the integrated video card, Nvidia CP does not open and gives me this error

What can I do to get the Nvidia CP to work properly with my discrete graphics card?
