Problem with npm?

Here is the error that pops up.

$ npm --version
Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'C:\Program Files\Git\usr\local'
6.14.5

In general, everything works, but here is such a bug. Appeared today when I was solving an issue with gulp. It looks like I specified another npm path when I fought with Galp. But now the gallp has earned and I would like to solve the problem with npm too and so as not to break anything. It has not yet been possible on its own.
