Problem with NetworkManager in Kali Linux?

Hello, eth0 falls off after a few hours of work in Kali Linux. Restarting Network Manager does not help. I checked with the command (ip a) that the computer sees ethernet. Most likely something in Network Manager. What could be the problem?
PS
In NetworkManager.conf I tried to change c false to true - it doesn't help.

[ifupdown]
managed=true

Kill NetworkManager and configure manually.
