Problem:
I registered the variables M2_HOME, M2, PATH , but maven still does not respond. Variables are correct. If you access maven from its directory, then it responds. Screen:

Maybe I reworked and don't notice something, please poke.

space between jdk1.8.0_20; and C:\maven\bin
PS Between ...Components\IPT and java you also have a space.
PSS C java doesn't have this problem because java.exe, javaws.exe are in C:\Windows\System32 and this directory is in PATH.

In a similar situation, Windows 7 helped me: 1. create a specific user Path environment setting (top list) for maven and java, 2. log out and back in (Start - Log out and back in).
