Problem with localhost php-server in atom who can help?

In general, such a problem, I took the itproger course, in the very first lesson he showed how to install the php-server plugin that can run a local server. For some reason it doesn't work for me, I'm waiting for php-server here . The browser opens and writes that the page could not be found. The problem is solved, and those who encountered - you need to enter the full path to php.exe in the settings, where path .. Which can be downloaded from php.net

I could not solve the problem, I registered the full path to my file in the php server add-on in the line: Path to PHP Extcutable.
The path to the file is as follows: C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\any\Study\php\test1.php
As a result, Atom gives an error: Error: spawn UNKNOWN
Guys, tell me what I'm doing wrong?
