Problem with liqpay.com payment — PrivatBank
On October 27, 2012, he made a payment from liqpay.com to a PrivatBank card.
According to the regulations , such a payment is made within 1 banking day.
After 3 days there was still no money and I turned to their support.
They said that there were failures in the software part and the payment "frozen", i.e. pleaded guilty, apologized and said that within 1-2 days everything would be fixed and I would have the money.
After that, a couple of times, they repeatedly “fed breakfast”.
Today is November 8, 2012, I still have not received the money.
This is a clear violation of the payment regulations, not respect for the client. And they dump all this on programmers and say that they will soon make a manual payment. But, I quote: "The terms for processing your payment are not set and I cannot name them."
Tell me what to do in this situation?

liqpay for individuals is a rather dumb acquiring that works on unclear grounds and is regulated by unclear laws. Just as it is completely incomprehensible what the money on the liqpay account is legally. As a result, support doesn't give a shit, you still can't do anything.
At the same time, there really is no alternative for payments by bank cards in Ukraine.
There is skrill, which works with individuals and also accepts bank cards. But there are higher commissions, payments only in foreign currency and withdrawal delays.
It is necessary to check with the NBU, those in the representative office in your city. In Google Affiliation to the National Bank in Ukraine and there you can see which one is closer to you. This is more within their competence rather than that of the defender of the rights of the supporters. But I'm not sure, you can clarify here and there.
Had the same problem.
We made the payment after a month of weekly kicking of technical support in the chat. We are no longer working with this bank or with their projects.
