Problem with headphones and sound, what should I do?

Everything was like this, we bought, therefore, new headphones, with a microphone, a headset (Closed type). I dug a little into the microphone settings, there was a sound in the headphones when I pressed the keys, took it out, it's just a pipets ... The computer started yelling like a cut, I could not make the sound quieter as it hung. Rebooted, then, by pulling out the battery. Again screeching... I lowered the sound below one hundred percent, calmed down, but took my good old headphones - earbuds, put them in... There was noise (it was not there before) and the same sound in the headphones from pressing the keys... Help!
