Problem with gif stubs in OpenX?

The essence of the problem:
there is a zone in which n banners are selected, on the site there are n blocks in which the call to this zone is registered, respectively, it is assumed that n different banners are displayed. For flash, everything works fine, for a gif-stub (that is, with java-script disabled), the same gif-stub is everywhere! RANDOM_NUMBER is different everywhere and is generated every time the page is visited. OpenX Version 2.8.7

Hmm ... And if you remove all banners and leave only gifs, and at the same time try to load the page with incl. javascript, everything will work fine?
