How to download a gif from a site if it is in jpg format?

Hi, on one forum I saw that the user's profile picture is not a static picture but a GIF, and I wanted to download it. But when you open it in a new tab, you can see that there is a .jpg extension at the end and when downloading, it’s not the gif that downloads, but only its very first frame. Help me please :)

change the file extension to the one you need for the downloaded file)
