Problem with Gemfile namely group :production on gem "pg"?

Hello, I have this problem

[email protected]:~/run/ri$ bundle install --without production

[!] There was an error parsing `Gemfile`: syntax error, unexpected tIDENTIFIER, expecting end-of-input - group :production on
                  ^~. Bundler cannot continue.

 #  from /home/aliz/run/ri/Gemfile:36
 #  -------------------------------------------
 #
 >  group :production on
 #  gem "pg"

as soon as I didn’t insert quotes, it still gives an error, here is the full Gemfile code

@Grustin

You have below because the rest of the groups come with the correct syntax - 'do' instead of 'on'.
