Problem with fonts in Ubuntu?

I'm new to Ubuntu, I do everything by copy-paste to the console. I set up fonts for WebStorm, googled anti-aliasing settings, set fonts for ide, did something with .fonts.conf. As a result, my favorite Monospace crashed / or something else terrible happened, now in Sublime Text and Atom, for example, the font is like this:
joxi.ru/8AnxoJ4IqjRdkm
The font in the language display panel has also changed:
joxi.ru/L219zK7C68O1B2
In gedit, the font did not change.
I don't even know what to do. Perhaps someone knows what the problem is. I will be grateful.

@Enniack

Try gnome-tweak-tool, it has font settings.
also run via console. And for the future: always make copies of files. This is a classic.
