Problem with encodings in Atom 1.17. Who has already faced and decided?

Hello,
Atom 1.17 update was released on 16.05. And problems with encodings began, i.e. you open any file in windows1251 and the text is all in black diamonds.
Same problem in beta 1.18. When installing 1.16 - everything is fine
Does anyone have the same problem?

Did you set the encoding manually?
