Problem with D-Link 1228?

Hello! At work I found D-Link 1228 apparently without firmware

I installed the firmware, as usual the welcome window appeared BUT ...

1) When I try to log in as Admin, I get an error from the radius server that the credentials are not correct.
2) When you try to enter recovery mode (connected via COM) by pressing SHIFT + 6 or SHIFT + 3, the switch continues loading. Tell me what to do to enter the switch?

Are you sure that the console cable is from this switch model?
try in the program that you use as a terminal, play around with the parameters of software and hardware flow control (software flow control and hardware flow control), there are only four possible combinations (Xon / Xoff and RTS / CTS or something like that): first of all, try generally disable any transfer control (off, none or something like that).
