Problem with Crop Tool in Action. How to fix?

Hello.
It is necessary to batch reduce the size of different photos and crop them by a square (1: 1). But there is a problem with the crop, it uses the size that was obtained when recording the action. i.e. if I set a crop of 1:1 for an 800x600 photo when recording an action and it turned out 450x450, then this size is then applied to all photos taken through the action. How can this be fixed?

Make crop in Lightroom better - there will be no such problems.
Or try to write logic on actionscript to take a smaller size and make a canvas size with cropping on it
