Problem with Bitrix main.feedback feedback form. Why is the webform not working?

I have a standard callback form on my site, made through the main.feedback component.
Problem 1:
The modal window does not display a message about successful submission (on the test page, this is fine)
Problem 2:
Messages and mail are not received
