Problem with a freelance client?

Such situation.
I did the site design work. The client paid for everything.
He asks to send him a .psd file and only then will he close the deal on fl.ru.
The bottom line is that we quarreled with him in the end and he may well leave an undeserved negative review. I tell him, first close the deal, then I will throw off the psd, he does not agree. How to be prompt?

@IonDen

Since he paid for everything, why don't you send him a PSD? Send, apologize.

PPC, inadequate, and even asks for advice here.
You deserve negative feedback and I will be glad if you get it, it will serve as a lesson. It happens that a person as a specialist is normal, but as a person, so to speak, not very much. This is your case. If this spoiled the whole impression of the work - a well-deserved review. The question is what the customer prefers: write it as it is and mark it with a plus or a minus)))
And you should not be offended by such words.
UPD Now the first thing to do is to write to the client, apologize, explain your behavior in any way (problems at home, nerves, crisis, the car was stolen, etc.), send files and repent.

Negative feedback is not a whim of the customer, but an assessment of the work.
If the customer is adequate, then he will not leave a review at all, even despite the disagreements.
If not, then you did the wrong job with the customer. Didn't find a way.
Artem correctly said, for such a review you will have a well-deserved one.

This is what you give ....
The main problem of freelancing is not at all in low-skilled performers and dumping, but precisely in the fact that everyone comes there without any adequate experience in the office, without managerial experience and communication with a client / colleagues. Hence the terrible communication with customers, the inability to agree, to establish relationships.
In the office, the boss would cut your head off for this, and cut your salary. Here, do what you want.
People work for money - this is the main assessment of the performer. Feedback - at the request of the contractor and the customer. And the review DOES NOT apply to the WORK.
Feedback is given ALWAYS AFTER payment and receipt of the work performed. It's the same in any company all over the world.
Feedback is NOT a mandatory part of the work, and therefore, you do not have the right to carry out such blackmail.
You upset Leonid Arkadievich ... :(

The customer paid a little money, did not receive the result of the work, he must close the application as if he had received it ... I smell like a ball on your part.

the basic rule is not to quarrel with the client if he pays
