It sends from the first post, but doesn’t want to from the second, even when I send it for the first time from the 2nd post, it immediately gives an error

You cannot use the same form on the same page.
Make a duplicate in the admin.

Forms have the same id html attribute. Perhaps the same for each field. Scripts work on them. For everything to work, you need unique id.
