When you start the computer for half a second, the standard Asus logo appears, then disappears and the screen goes out but the computer works. Nothing happens next. After several reboots, the computer turns on. This started to happen after installing the second OS - Ubuntu. I removed it, but it didn't help. And even rearranged Windows.
What could be the problem and how to fix it?
I tried to turn off and turn on the monitor,

Similar problem. And he opened the monitor, checked the conders; and BIOS updated; and changed video drivers; and even changed the monitor - nothing helped. The connection was via a DVI DVI cable. I switched it on via a DVI VGA cable - everything worked. Video - Point of View GTX 570.

Попробуйте воткнуть провод дисплея в разъем внутреннего графического адаптера. Если картинка появится, значит в биусе надо выставить первичный видеоадаптер PCIE.
Если нет, значит конфликт драйверов видеокарты. Запускаетесь в безопасном режиме (до win10 -- зажимать F8 после логотипа Asus, в win10 несколько раз при запуске системы отключить питание -- он сам предложит восстановление), удаляете все драйвера на видео (возможно, драйвера встроенной видео и дискретной), запускаетесь в нормальном режиме, устанавливаете драйвера повторно.
