Problem using Shopkeeper + MultiTV?

Good day.
Faced such a difficulty (MODx Evo):
You need to attach an unlimited number of “Package\Price” bundles to the goods, that is, for example, the Bucket product can be 1 liter and cost 10 rubles, or it can be 5 liter and cost 40 rubles.
To do this, I used the MultiTV snippet i--gu.ru/multitv

The task is such that the buy button would be next to each of these bundles on the page

The problem is that in Shopkeeper this can be implemented in the following way - for each bundle, make a separate form and specify there parameter

<input type="hidden" name="shk-id" value="[+id+]__price2" />

where price2 is the TV parameter with the 2nd price and so on.
But in my case, the 1 TV parameter is used in fact MultiTV.
In the form itself, I can display iteration - it contains the number of the current multiTV element, but I can’t think of any way to get Shopkeeper to pick up the price from MultiTV with this number ...
I would be grateful for your help
