Problem uploading images to server (Safari iOS6)?
As many already know, with the release of iOS6, Safari introduced support for uploading media content to the server. So, I ran into the following problem, which I can not solve in any way for a day.
There is a source image image.png (100% quality) which is stored on the server. There is a script that compares the loaded image with the original rgb values of the pixel group. If the values match, then the test passed. The whole thing works fine everywhere except in ios.
I save .png images to the “camera film” on the iPad, upload it via safari to the server, and the compressed .jpg arrives on the server and, accordingly, the script sees a completely different picture. And when you try to send from the film to the mail, the original png file comes. I don't know how to deal with this conversion and compression to .jpg. Maybe someone faced a similar problem and knows its solution. Thank you in advance.
