Problem playing html5 video in Mozilla Firefox browser?

In general, I added a video to my site. I installed the Video.JS player on it and ran into one problem. The video does not play in the Mozilla Firefox browser. In all other browsers, everything is fine, but in Firefox, the message "The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features you browser did not support" appears over the video. I've tried disabling hardware acceleration but it doesn't help. What should I do?
