Problem installing Gulp, how to solve it?

When installing Gulp, there was a problem with ports, I found programs that occupied this port and was at a loss.
The first program is node.js which is required before installing Gulp itself and the second program is plugin_host.exe (Sublime text 3) how do I solve this problem ? After all, I will not delete these two programs that are necessary for the gallp itself.
