Guys, but do not tell me - what kind of glitch?

I'm trying to synchronize in Evernote with the server, but instead of normal synchronization, I get endless "downloading" and growing in front of the CPU and Real Mem. Right now, 50 percent of the processor is occupied and almost one and a half gigabytes of memory.
Started sync a minute ago. It is still puffing up and something is “downloading”.

There may be a problem with the cache, uninstall the application, clear the cache (probably in the user profile folder), install the latest version of the application.
