Problem building Java project. Where to look?

Hello! I'm putting together a project. There is such an error.

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-gpg-plugin:1.6:sign (sign-artifacts) on project javaskype: Unable to execute gpg command: Error while executing process. Cannot run program "gpg.exe": CreateProcess error=2, Не удается найти указанный файл -> [Help 1]

I see that there is no "gpg.exe" file. What needs to be installed and where to make it appear?

dig into the build logs! this problem does not apply to Java a little less than it is
necessary for gpg.exe to be in the path and for it to work.
