I am not satisfied with the policy of Google, it, like a malignant tumor, encroaches on everything that is possible.
I would like to use more private mail, personal and for work, and Google's for other garbage.
Who will advise what?

I have my own server :) It's "my own", in the sense that it's in my server room at work :) I secretly squeezed one IP from the office and use it. Of course, not everyone has such an opportunity, but before I had it, it just stood at home and hung on my home white IP.
Pros - no one really has access to it
Cons - all the usual disadvantages of having a server at home
