Prices not updating when downloading?

Hello!
The balances and prices on the site from 1C have ceased to be updated. Everything is in the exchange file, both prices and balances, the external code of the price type corresponds. Pictures, characteristics, etc. are loaded, but prices and balances are not. I tried everything I could, even completely deleted the products, all to no avail. I looked in the Journal of documents participating in the exchange, there are only orders, there is no information on goods.
How to understand what is the problem? Is there any exchange log?

the first thing you can enable is saving the upload files - so at least you will know all the files come or not, full or truncated
in /bitrix/php_interface/dbconn.php add a line but remember to leave the exchange unattended after that, otherwise the place on the server will be very fast will end. if everything is in order, then as an option, try to pick the code and log its execution. In general, this can happen if the file is very large (on our project it was that a file weighing more than 400 MB was not readable - everything flew into a 502 error, after that they refused to fully upload it, then 1C-nick wrote a limit on the number of goods in files at a time of exchange, and then in general I had to write a new exchange through directories and my own processing), try to unload only a couple of goods.
